Education

In the past 2 years, donations have been made for the purchase of school uniforms for the children of Alto Cusco, Ocongate, Marcapata and Quico. But so much more is needed. The children are also growing, so for the time being it is an ongoing project to finance the purchase of school uniforms, school bags, books, writing materials and tuition fees for the study and training of the young adults. The continuity of education in the villages is also a challenge, as local teachers are generally difficult to find and stay in the villages for a short time. We also see that the younger generation is leaving the villages and heading for Cusco for study and work. It is therefore desirable to build a school in Alto Cusco, so that structural education can be provided.
